The co club
It all begins with an idea. Our journey started from the founding of a physical workspace of approximately 10,000sq ft based in The Perfume Factory W3, West London. (since closed due to a residential development/ HS2 High Speed rail expansion area) Incorporating the passion for commercial space/ cohesion between like minded individuals, background in sales and a curiosity of the power of social media, the creative project of The Co Club was born.

Simple EA
Simple EA was the brain child of Gurpreet & Chet, who felt that the Property market was made complicated by all those in the local market. They felt vendors, landlord, buyers and tenants were not being explained every step of the way and given them the professional experience they require. Therefore they founded the company in August 2007 and since then have grown from strength to strength.

why exit?
People exit a business for many different reasons, and not all of them are negative. In fact, leaving a business can sometimes be a sign of success rather than failure. Below are some of the most common reasons why individuals choose to exit:
1. Financial Gain
One of the most common reasons is to realize a return on investment. After building and growing a company, an owner may sell the business to secure profits, diversify investments, or achieve financial independence.
2. Retirement or Lifestyle Changes
As owners grow older or their personal priorities shift, they may decide to step away from daily operations. Health concerns, family commitments, or the desire for a better work-life balance often influence this decision.
3. New Opportunities
Entrepreneurs are often driven by new ideas. After stabilizing or scaling a business, they may exit to pursue another venture, career path, or passion project.
4. Market Conditions
Changes in the economy, industry disruptions, increased competition, or regulatory shifts can make it difficult to sustain profitability. In some cases, exiting early is a strategic move to minimize losses.
5. Partnership Disputes
Differences in vision, management style, or financial goals among partners can lead to a decision to sell or dissolve the business.
6. Burnout or Stress
Running a business can be demanding. Long hours, financial pressure, and operational challenges may lead an owner to exit for mental and emotional well-being.
7. Acquisition or Merger Opportunities
Sometimes a larger company offers to acquire the business. If the offer aligns with the owner’s financial or strategic goals, exiting through acquisition can be an attractive option.
Ultimately, exiting a business is a strategic decision influenced by personal, financial, and market factors. Whether voluntary or necessary, a well-planned exit can protect value and open the door to new opportunities.
